Five ways to keep workouts interesting

Choose how you want to train today.

02 Timed Circuit

A structured interval workout. Work through your chosen deck in order using a set work and rest timer, repeating for as many rounds as you choose.

03 Reps Circuit

Complete a set number of reps for each exercise in your deck. No timers, no pressure. Move at your own pace and track progress as you go.

04 As Many Rounds As Possible

Race against the clock. Complete as many rounds of your chosen deck as possible before time runs out and see how far you can push yourself.

05 Minute Challenge

Every exercise gets one minute. Complete the target reps, use any remaining time to recover, then get ready for the next challenge as the clock keeps moving.

Decks Explained

Build exercises by how you train.

Create focused decks for arms, legs, core, full body or any mix you like. Use them for structured circuits, challenges or random sessions without losing your full exercise collection.

Why KettleDeck?

It started with a jar of exercise cards.

KettleDeck started as a jar of exercise cards. Instead of repeating the same workout every session, a random exercise was drawn and completed before moving on to the next. The result was simple: workouts became more interesting and consistency became easier. KettleDeck brings that same idea to your phone.
